Hi I’m Tal! I'm passionate about creating spaces where individuals can truly explore and be themselves. As a nonbinary and neuroqueer therapist who has navigated a long path to celebrating who I am, I know how crucial it is to find someone who not only understands but also celebrates your identity, too. What drives my work is a desire to provide quality, accessible care to those who may not see their lived experiences reflected in other providers. I strongly believe in the power of community to heal and sustain, particularly in a world that doesn't always understand us.

My approach comes from both professional training and lived experience. I am currently using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and draw from relational and attachment theories. Whether you're exploring your identity, navigating transition, working through other mental health challenges, or just need a safe space to process life's complexities, I'm here to support you with genuine care and respect.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions because I believe therapy should be accessible to you in whatever way works best for your life. Your journey is unique, and my goal is to meet you where you are with understanding, compassion, and without judgment. My therapy room is comfy- feel free to take your shoes off!

When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll likely find me playing or listening to music. I'm also an avid rock climber and devoted dog dad. Woodworking and gardening bring me joy in creating with my own hands, while backpacking adventures remind me to stay grounded in the present moment and appreciate the (hard) journey, not just the destination.

I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your path toward self-acceptance, confidence, and authentic living.
