• Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) Graduate Student Intern, NC State University

I am a compassionate student-therapist specializing in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and the Queer community. I am committed to providing a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space for individuals seeking support around gender exploration, transition, self-discovery, and other mental health challenges. My approach as a nonbinary individual is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community. I utilize a combination of trauma informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered approaches to guide clients through their journey toward self-acceptance, confidence, and well-being. My goal is to help you navigate emotional or psychological challenges while empowering you to live authentically. Whether you identify with the Queer community or not, I am here to provide guidance and strength in a confidential, supportive environment. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions to ensure you receive the care you deserve in a flexible and accessible way. I am here to walk alongside you with understanding, respect, and care.
