Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) Graduate Student Intern, NC State University
I am a compassionate student-therapist dedicated to supporting individuals from all walks of life as they navigate personal growth, life transitions, and mental health challenges. I provide a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences with authenticity and care. My therapeutic approach integrates trauma-informed care, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic therapy to honor the connection between mind and body. By incorporating mindfulness and body-based awareness, I help clients reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and foster healing from stress, anxiety, or past trauma.
Whether you are exploring identity, facing life stressors, or working toward greater balance and self-acceptance, I aim to walk alongside you with empathy and respect. My goal is to empower you to live authentically while cultivating a deeper sense of well-being. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to ensure flexible and accessible care that meets your needs.
